The first few weeks and insulating van

Inspecting the roof as you can see it is a big van for 3.5 tons

you can see the wooden slats have been removed to properly secure celotex and any spaces were filled with expanding foam

This is a cool picture of the insulation job

The above picture shows the aliminium girder  that the aliminium skin is attached to. As you can see we tucked the celotex behind the girder and cut a small strip to fill the empty middle void and then aliminium taped up.

The van has so much space for a 3.5 ton it seems bigger than alot of my friends 7.5 ton vehicles
